Shipping policy

  • We are a small, family owned/operated business managed by a two-person team. While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we are not a large corporation with same-day fulfillment capabilities. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to ship. Processing times may be extended during holidays or peak periods.
  • P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.
  • Kindly ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout (or is up to date in your account if using the app). We ship orders to the exact address provided and cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address submitted by the customer. 
  • If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order. Returned-to-sender packages are not eligible for store credit or refunds.
  • Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for your package. If your package is lost, stolen, or tampered with, please refer to your local post office for further directions.
