Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase! If not, we accept returns for store credit only within 15 calendar days of delivery. Items returned after 15 days are not eligible.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy. Ineligible returns may incur a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges due to constant change in inventory, therefore we cannot guarantee that your desired size or style will be in stock. When your item is returned and we receive it, you will receive STORE CREDIT and from there you can purchase the item you want to exchange OR something else!
Store Credit:

Return Shipping:

We cover shipping for fulfillment errors or damaged items.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs based on sizing or preference returns.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags attached. No stains, odors, cigarette smell, pet hair, makeup, or signs of wear. Shoes must show zero wear.
Damages:
Report damaged items within 2 days of delivery to info@starsandstudsboutique.com with photos. Color variations due to lighting or screens are not considered damage.

Return items in proper packaging, in a mailer or in a box. (do not ship shoe boxes with labels attached)

Please double-check your shipping address! Once we ship your package you will be charged a second time to ship it to the correct address if you enter the wrong address.

Stars and Studs is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or tampered packages. Once it is shipped and has tracking, it's out of our control! You will need to reach out to your local USPS.
